New South Wales Food Authority is a State Government ‘through-chain’ food regulatory agency who lacked an overarching and cohesive communications positioning platform for stakeholders to rally behind.

Identifying a higher purpose

We conducted an extensive audit and qualitative research, developed a communications positioning platform, broader brand strategy and then rolled out a new style guide and associated brand creative both internally and externally.


For the first time NSWFA has a clear overarching positioning and communications platform for staff and stakeholders to rally behind. Our work has formed the basis for their ongoing corporate strategy and communications program.
