National Workforce were a young, dynamic labour-hire company with no real brand to speak of. Our challenge was to reposition, revitalise and professionalise their brand to reflect their vibrant team and inspiring vision.

Re-branding a rising star

We created a compelling brand DNA, positioning and fresh new identity which positively defied category conventions and resonated with a young, energetic team of mainly ‘under 30’ somethings. The new identity and secondary language provided a clear navigational structure for each of their individual business units and was rolled out across print, digital, work wear, vehicle and office environments.
