Challenge

DHA needed a brand for its flagship residential development. Our task was to create and link a name, brand story and identity to the location and Centenary of Gallipoli in a respectful, meaningful and subtle way.

A story we should all remember

Each precinct was given it’s own distinct brand treatment to ensure each sales release was individual and exciting, yet aligned to the master brand. Over a period of two years we designed and produced a holistic customer experience through print and digital campaigns, sales suite environments, way finding and a host of marketing collateral.

The earned media, prestigious Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) award and outstanding sales results proved that authentic brand stories generate meaningful conversations that deliver tangible results.
